Our names are Ros and Alan Cuthbertson and we are the founders of the travel website Frequent Traveller. We are an Australian couple in our 50’s who quit our 9 to 5 jobs in 2014 to pursue our passion for world travel. We hope our travels inspire others and believe that age is no barrier to travel.

What We Do

Part of our year is spent in the vibrant city of Chiang Mai in Northern Thailand. This allows us to explore much of the South East Asian region. We regularly head off to discover these exotic locations and along the way source content for our travel Blog Frequent Traveller.

When not exploring Asia, we travel further afield and have had the pleasure of travelling to many European, Middle Eastern, North and South American destinations.

Who We Work With

Our travels have taken us to many interesting destinations and along the way we have worked with Visit Bristol, Experience Oxfordshire, ASVA (Association of Scottish Visitor Attractions) and we were chosen to be Ambassadors for Northern Lanna Long Stay to promote attractions in Northern Thailand.

We have been published on numerous occasions in International Living Australia and US Magazines and were selected to present at the first ever International Living “Fast Track Your Retirement Overseas” Conference in Australia 2018.

We have also been approached to do many hotel reviews throughout Asia. Our Work With Us page highlights our services available.

With an excess of 10,000 followers, we can tailor our blog posts to best highlight any activities and experiences that would interest our readers. We are happy to promote specific regions, hotels and attractions that would inspire likeminded travellers.

Although our main demographic caters to the 45+ age group we endeavour to appeal to most age groups.

Our readership is predominately couples and solo female travellers with disposable income and the time to make the most of slow travel.

Our aim is to produce quality articles and advice that focus on the best attractions and experiences available in a mix of locations across the world.
